Asian-Inspired Stir-Fry

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until it’s no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside.
  3. In the same wok, add a bit more sesame oil if needed. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas to the wok. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the wok and pour the stir-fry sauce over the ingredients. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
  6. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened, and the chicken and vegetables are fully cooked.
