Asian-Inspired Stir-Fry

  • 1 pound of boneless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of snap peas
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Cooked white rice for serving

  1. Start by making the stir-fry sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Set it aside.
