Ingredients

  8. Carefully pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the caramel and pecan layer.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake rest for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool to room temperature.
  11. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to set.
  12. Before serving, drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle the remaining chopped pecans for an extra indulgent touch.
