Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 8 strips of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes and pierce them with a fork several times.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes or until they are tender.

  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the potato skins.
  8. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
