  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves


  1. Dredge the chicken breasts in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
