Ingredients

  • 1 cup high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Start by melting the dark chocolate. You can use a double boiler or microwave it in short bursts.
