Ingredients

  • 2 slices of artisan sourdough bread
  • 3 oz of aged Gruyère cheese, sliced

Instructions

  8. Carefully place the sandwich in the heated skillet and cook until the bread turns golden and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  9. Remove from the skillet, let it cool slightly, then slice diagonally and serve.
