  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in chopped artichoke hearts.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
