  7. Carefully spoon the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top.

  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  10. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Before serving, drizzle with more caramel sauce and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
