  2. Add the cold butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan, ensuring an even layer on the bottom and sides. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips.
  6. Stir gently until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
