Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  6. Add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

  8. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it back to the skillet, stirring to combine with the pasta and sauce.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
