Ingredients

  • 1 box of jumbo pasta shells

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cooked and drained spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta and spinach mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure they are well covered.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
