  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

  1. Start by preparing the sauce. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the hot skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. In the same skillet, pour in the prepared sauce. Bring it to a simmer.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a couple of tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the simmering sauce and cook until it thickens, about 2 minutes.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss it in the thickened sauce until well coated.
