Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken breast and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over it.
  7. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve the chicken and vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
